Dear Friends,

We are at this time planning for Oct 3rd to Oct 7th 2010. Sun check-in 3:00pm, Thursday check-out by 1100AM. You can go 3 days early or stay 3 days late and still get the same rate of 1or 2 Queens is $104.00, for 1 King $109.00. For reservations call  1-800-325-0397. Its called Drury Inn Suites SA Riverwalk, 201 North Saint Marys Street, San Antonio, TX 78205. Free complimentary breakfast which will be eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage & Belgian waffles. Also have a 5:30-7:00 pm Kickback happy hour with snacks like chicken wings, tenders, salad, meatballs, beer, wine & etc.

Walking distance to Alamo, Market Square River Center Mall and many more. Hotel is located on the river walk.  www.druryhotel.com.
There is a shuttle from the airport which runs day & night. Parking at the hotel is $ $14.00 a day. We ask that you make your reservations with us no later than August 15, 2010. Reservations to the hotel has to be made by August 15th 2010 also.

We will charge a $5.00 registration fee per person that is non-refundable. This is to cover mailing and misc costs.

We will hire a bus to take us to see the museum in Fredericksburg so we will all chip in to pay for that. We plan on going Tuesday Oct 5th from 8:30AM-3:00pm. Lots of shops all around the area to see too if tired of museum. Lunch will be on your own.
